Developing future leaders for our International Sales and Marketing Organisation (ISMO).
AstraZeneca aims to recruit a small number of World Class MBA graduates each year, to join our talent pipeline and develop into our company's future leaders. We are looking for talented people who wish to pursue an operational sales and marketing career, with the potential and ambition to become Senior Commercial or Finance Managers within the Marketing Companies of our global organisation.
MBA programme participants will be monitored centrally during their careers in ISMO, with further international opportunities available to those who continue to show excellent performance and potential for the most senior roles.
Entry roles will often depend on experience prior to your MBA and may include:
- Sales/Marketing Manager
- New Business Development Manager
- ISMO Finance Manager
This is a high profile career track that requires individuals with strong business sense and practical experience. Your ability to innovate and to communicate effectively with senior management will make you a highly visible and sought-after individual within the company.
Qualifications:
Programme qualifications include an MBA in Marketing or Strategy from a Top 20 business school and 5+ years of pre-MBA work experience. We have a strong preference for candidates with prior operational sales or marketing experience. Fluency in two or more languages is a plus for this global career track and international mobility will also further enhance future career opportunities.
